About the workshop
*Kindly reach out to us via email or Instagram message before booking to confirm availability.* ✦ Description ✦ Our open studio sessions provide full access to the workspace for independent work. A minimum of 2 hours is required. Please note: These are non-guided sessions, open only to returning students. If you have prior experience from elsewhere, email us with photos of your past work for approval. ✦ Rates ✦ Weekdays: $25/hr Weekends & Public Holidays: $28/hr ✦ Materials & Fees ✦ Glass: $12 per 100g (Otherwise, you can use our free spare glass) Soldering lead: $7 per 100g (free for less than 20g) Copper foil: $3 per meter (free for less than 0.5m) Stainless steel chains: $5 per meter Stainless steel lobster clasp: $0.50 each Stainless steel D hook clasp: $1 each Beads are not provided. All tools and materials are provided. However, any damage to tools may incur a charge. If you’re not confident in handling the tools, we recommend booking a guided workshop instead. A $50 deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance settled at the end of your session.
Cancellation Policy
✦ Cancellation Policy ✦ You may cancel your booking within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we kindly ask that you find someone to take over your slot. ✦ Rescheduling ✦ We understand that plans can change! To ensure fairness, each class may only be rescheduled once. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll be happy to assist. Rescheduling within 3 days of your session will incur a 20% fee of your session price, as the slot would have otherwise been available for booking. ✦ No-Shows & Last-Minute Changes ✦ No-shows will be charged the full session fee to compensate for the instructor’s time. We appreciate your understanding—these policies help us ensure a smooth experience for everyone! 😊
