About the workshop
✦ Description ✦ Bring home a stained glass keepsake of your beloved pet in this cosy, hands-on workshop! You’ll learn the basics of glass cutting, copper foiling, soldering, and assembling to craft a one-of-a-kind piece to take home. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned DIY enthusiast, this class is perfect for all skill levels! Each class is kept open, with a maximum of 6 participants, where you’ll get plenty of guidance and support. ✦ Custom Design Process ✦ Each Pet Portrait workshop includes a complimentary custom design. Simply send a few clear photos of your furry friend to elfthekeeper@gmail.com, and we’ll craft a one-of-a-kind template just for you. Want to include floral elements or other decorative motifs? We’re happy to accommodate for a small additional fee. A draft of your design will be shared within 5 working days. On the day of the workshop, you’ll have access to over 50 types of glass and textures to bring your design to life. ✦ Age Requirement ✦ This class is open to participants aged 16 and above. For those aged 12-15, an adult companion is required to join in on the fun! ✦ Safety ✦ Your safety is our priority! All necessary safety equipment will be provided as you’ll be handling glass during the workshop. Simply follow our instructions, and you’ll have a safe and enjoyable time. ✦ Your instructor ✦ This small-group experience is hosted by Yen, a passionate product designer and artist who will guide you through each step with care.
Cancellation Policy
✦ Cancellation Policy ✦ You may cancel your booking within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we kindly ask that you find someone to take over your slot. ✦ Rescheduling ✦ We understand that plans can change! To ensure fairness, each class may only be rescheduled once. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll be happy to assist. Rescheduling within 3 days of your session will incur a 20% fee of your session price, as the slot would have otherwise been available for booking. ✦ No-Shows & Last-Minute Changes ✦ No-shows will be charged the full session fee to compensate for the instructor’s time. We appreciate your understanding—these policies help us ensure a smooth experience for everyone! 😊
