✦ Cancellation Policy ✦ You may cancel your booking within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we kindly ask that you find someone to take over your slot. ✦ Rescheduling ✦ We understand that plans can change! To ensure fairness, each class may only be rescheduled once. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll be happy to assist. Rescheduling within 3 days of your session will incur a 20% fee of your session price, as the slot would have otherwise been available for booking. ✦ No-Shows & Last-Minute Changes ✦ No-shows will be charged the full session fee to compensate for the instructor’s time.
